The Ksyrium Pro Carbon SL C Disc brings the benefits of a superlight carbon clincher wheel to the world of road disc bikes. Whether it’s a long-distance adventure or big mountain rides this wheel system helps you climb faster and delivers a high-performance ride quality. At just 405g the rim is one of the lightest carbon clinchers available. The tire bed is engineered directly into the mold for minimal weight and also the safest tire fitting with the highest impact resistance. An inner rim width of 17mm (22mm outside) paired with 25mm tires delivers plenty of air volume for a smooth ride quality rolling efficiency and comfort. And our new Instant Drive 360 freewheel system offers minimal weight and a low 9° engagement for instant acceleration. The entire wheel system is carefully designed for the unique attributes of disc brakes. It uses 24 spokes crossed three on both sides of the wheel and Isopulse laced in the rear to maintain stability and stiffness under heavy loads of power or braking torque. The front wheel comes ready for 12mm thru-axle and easily converts to quick release or 15mm thru-axle. The rear wheel comes in 12×142 and easily converts to standard quick release. The hubs are available in a 6-Bolt or Center Lock. The freewheel system is for Shimano/SRAM and easily converts to Campagnolo or SRAM XD with optional driver bodies. The front wheel is fitted with a 25mm Yksion Pro Griplink tire for amazing cornering performance and the rear has our 25mm Yksion Pro Powerlink tire for low rolling resistance superior traction and extra comfort.
